The Modified Venn Diagram Desktop [Featured Desktop]

Alan Henry ?The Modified Venn Diagram Desktop Kimberly Zyville tweaked her Mac's desktop to show her the important details at a quick glance, while leaving the rest of space clean and open. She has quick access to files and commonly used apps at the bottom, but doesn't clutter her working space with icons or widgets.

If you want the same look, here's what you'll need:

  • The Circles Wallpaper from Wallbase
  • Geektool to embed the date, calendar, and weather on the desktop
  • The Simple Floating Clock app for Mac
  • Helvetica Neue Ultralight for the date and weather
  • Courier for the calendar

Do you have a great, beautifully productive desktop of your own that you'd like to share? Go ahead and post it to the Lifehacker Desktop Show and Tell Flickr Group with a description of how you made it and it may be the next featured desktop.
