Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if I am liable for differential balance on my car loan since the signature on the contract really isn?t mine? Here is what happened:
I am financing a car and through my financial trouble I stopped paying for it. I am owning up to my responsibility and wanted to negotiate my financing terms through a company I hired. I signed a 3rd party authorisation form which they mailed to my financing company.
They said the signature couldn?t be verified and that isn?t mine. I signed contract in the dealership but the finance company has what I didn?t sign! Someone else signed and filled it out too.
I volunteerly repoed my car.
This company has some internal fraud going on and I am 100 % innocent in this.
Do you think I can win this case by hiring a lawer when the finance company will try to take me to court for the left balance on the loan?
Thanks
