Key to success here will be your ability to quickly build a rapport with those who join our programmes. You'll need empathy of course, but also the ability to motivate people, question their assumptions and sometimes change their perception of working. There are many ways you'll help your clients into work - referring them onto training courses for example, as well as assisting with jobsearch techniques and seeking out opportunities.

In all of this, you'll be constantly focused on meeting and exceeding your targets for placements. So the proven ability to work in a results-driven and fast-paced environment is essential. You should also bring solid experience in a customer-facing role, along with strong organisational skills and an assertive and resilient approach. Experience of recruitment or employment advice would we welcomed, though it's not a must.

Person Spec:
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment, eg Customer Services, retail etc
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's (grade A - C) or equivalent.
-Technical skills include strong administration skills, good computer/technology skills, basic numeracy skills and good written communication.
- Willingness to travel locally (eg to meet Members/Employers).
- Experience of working in a performance target driven environment, such as business to business sales or equivalent. eg Recruitment Consultant, Sales Consultant etc
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment. eg Holiday Representative or Recruitment Consultant, etc.
